Adopting a sensitive approach at all times whilst dealing with enquiries relating to funeral products and services ensuring that expectations are managed at all times.

Be able to participate in an on-call roster & be familiar with our local area.

No experience is required for this entry level position, just a genuine desire for exceptional customer service. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic about helping our families ensure the service reflects the life lived. Reporting to the General Manager this role will suit a passionate individual responsible for preparing funeral services, from initial meetings with the family through to liaising with venues, and celebrants.
